Obi Nwachukwu
Founder and Director
Having spent more than 20 years in healthcare, Obi brings a wide range of experiences and domain knowledge to home health and ABA providers.
After spending several years managing the finances and operations of a home health and behavioral health provider, Obi joined Quality in Real Time (QIRT) and built their outsourced billing division from the ground-up. During this time he developed home health’s first ticket-based denial management platform, providing unparalleled visibility and standardization to claim follow-up.
Prior to the sale of QIRT to Netsmart and it’s merging with the McBee family, Obi moved on to to develop denial management and EMR solutions in the ABA space. These solutions combined revenue cycle insights gained from providing outsourced billing, coding, and medical review services in home health with ABA-specific knowledge and business logic.
In addition to having studied economics as an undergraduate at the University of Michigan, Obi has continued to expand his knowledge in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, and operations, all of which he’s leveraged in consulting engagements with healthcare providers. He’s periodically spoken at home health state association meetings throughout the country.

Tracey Moffett RN, BSN
Clinical Consultant
Tracey Moffett is an experienced executive director who has worked in the home health, hospice, and infusion industries for over 25 years. A registered nurse by trade, she has served as an agency administrator, clinical director, mock surveyor, and QAPI consultant.
Tracey has seen two agencies she’s worked for receive the HomeCare Elite Top Agency award, as well as four improve their star rating to 4 or higher, all the while managing each agency to a profitable position. The clinical programs she’s developed have allowed for differentiation, improved patient outcomes, and census growth at several agencies.
Tracey has led and consulted in the start-up of home health and private duty agencies. Leveraging her extensive experience, she has guided numerous agency owners through the process of Medicare, JCAHO, and CHAP surveys as a consultant. She’s also experienced in operations, revenue cycle, clinical and billing compliance, and process improvement.
