- Verify that sufficient documentation has been provided
- Review the quality of documentation
- Identify potentially problematic inconsistencies
- Request changes or additions to documentation as needed
- Verify that coding is sufficient and accurate
- Make corrections in agency EMR system
Full OASIS Reviews
As part of our standard OASIS review, Mentat auditors will:
- Verify that sufficient documentation has been provided
- Review the quality of documentation
- Identify potentially problematic inconsistencies
- Request changes or additions to documentation as needed

- Validate responses to OASIS M-Items
- Communicate suggested changes to agency clinicians
- Make corrections in agency EMR system
